We are so confident you will love our products but please be reassured that we have a no fuss returns policy so be brave and take the plunge….you won’t be disappointed!

In addition to the below returns procedure please read our Terms & Conditions for our full refund policy which includes information about your right to cancel in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

UK and European Customers

* You can return any item for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different size or colour within 28 days of receiving your original order. Just note down the details of your replacement on the returns form that came with your order.

*If you’d like to return your item for an exchange of its size or colour, we’ll send your replacement to the default delivery address on your account. If you wish for it to be sent to a different address please email us returns@fazanemalik.co.uk.                                               

*We will refund the price you purchased your item at. This includes sale items.

*All goods will be inspected on return.

*The goods are your responsibility until they reach our studio so We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning or obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept and responsibility for items lost in the post. Any items that are lost in the post must be claimed for via Royal Mail if you cannot produce proof of delivery…not through us.

*We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

*We try hard to accept all returns but they do need to be in their original packaging, with all tags attached and in an unworn and saleable condition. Our garments are quite delicate so please take care when re-packaging.

*In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

We will refund your money within 14 days of receipt by us of the returned Goods.

 

International Customers

*You can return any item for a refund within 28 days of receiving your original order.

*We can’t offer an exchange on returned items but you can send something back for a full refund and then place a new order for the size, colour or item you’d prefer.

*We will refund the price you purchased your item at. This includes sale items.

*All goods will be inspected on return.

*The goods are your responsibility until they reach our studio so We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning or obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept and responsibility for items lost in the post. *It can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered back to our studio in the UK, depending on your location and which postal service you use. Please see the below timeframes as a guide:

  • Ireland – 14 working days
  • France and Germany – 14 working days
  • Spain and Italy – 15 working days
  • Rest of World – 21 working days

Please note working days do not include weekends and public holidays.

*We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return back at our studio in the UK in its original condition. Once received, we’ll refund your original payment method – this is ususally done within 2-3 working days.

*It can then take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear back in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.

*If you’ve returned more than one order in the same parcel, please allow up to 72 hours for all returned items to be refunded.

*We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
